Shipping & returns
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are shipped with DPD.
Orders within the Netherlands are generally delivered within 2–4 working days, provided the items are in stock. The exact delivery time may vary per product and is stated on the relevant product page.
Delivery times depend on product availability and the destination of the shipment.
Please note: delivery to a P.O. Box address is not possible.
Parcels that cannot be delivered, are refused by the recipient or are not collected within the storage period at a DPD Pickup parcelshop will automatically be returned to BobTuning.
A €15,- handling fee will be charged for processing these returned parcels.

For all other countries, shipping costs are €90,- for parcels up to a maximum weight of 20 kg.
RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The following policy applies to consumers. Business customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal.
You have the right to withdraw from your order up to and including 14 days after the day on which you receive it, without giving any reason. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the product.
You can notify us of your withdrawal by e-mail at info@bobtuning.nl or via our contact page. Please include your name, order number and the product you wish to return.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The product must be returned by post. To qualify for a full refund, the product must be complete, undamaged and not installed.
You may inspect and assess the product in the same way as you would be able to do in a physical store. Where reasonably possible, please return the product in its original packaging.
If the product has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to assess it, we may deduct any resulting reduction in value from the refund.
We do not charge restocking fees.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For a standard withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the product is paid by the customer. The customer is responsible for arranging a suitable return label and securely packaging the product.
For a standard parcel within the Netherlands, return shipping costs are generally between €7.50 and €15. Parcels with different dimensions or weights may result in higher return costs.
Is the product defective, damaged upon delivery or have you received the wrong product? Please contact us before returning it. In these cases, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by BobTuning.
REFUNDS
We will refund the purchase amount no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have provided evidence that the product has been returned.
If you return the entire order, we will also refund the cost of standard delivery. Any additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.
For a partial return, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, without any additional charges.
EXCHANGES
Products are not exchanged directly. You can return the product and then place a new order.
EXCEPTIONS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are manufactured according to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalised.
This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is defective or does not conform to the agreement.
STATUTORY WARRANTY
All products are covered by the statutory warranty. This means that a product must perform as a consumer may reasonably expect.
